Think about a customer who receives a lot SMSs from you at 3:00 am, which basically is now waking the customer up in he middle of the night. the customer will feel extremely annoyed with the services that you are providing. So, scheduling of all of this content, scheduling of all of this information that you sent to customers becomes extremely relevant.
